Soie Surfine is the thinnest of Au Ver a Soie's available silk yarns. It can be used as sewing thread, but also for embroidery. The yarn is suitable for sewing machines. Soie Surfine is a silk spun and twisted from two threads. Soie Surfine is ideal for making lace, but also for embroidering on 16 gauge silk gauze or for the finest embroideries in petit point stitch. Soie Surfine is supplied on spools of 300 meters. Some colors are also available on 100 meter spools.
