After less than a day, our 35 linen packages found new owners. All packages are on their way to their recipients and will hopefully bring a lot of joy!
Today we would like to inform you again in detail about our payment options, because everyone has to get used to the new options.
Firstly, we are connected to the PayPal button . This is the easiest payment option. The customer is forwarded directly to PayPal. It is also very easy to pay " immediately by checking account" . Here you are automatically directed to your own online banking and, as is usual with online banking, you can enter the PIN and the PIN and the payment is already done. The method of paying by Visa or Master Card is just as easy.
Many of you would like to pay by invoice as before. We understand that and have therefore set up "Klarna invoice" . We would like to explain the "Klarna invoice" option to you in more detail today, as this payment option is not yet known to everyone. Klarna is a Swedish bank that handles the invoice processing for many online shops. The bill is therefore no longer paid directly to us, but to the Klarna bank. This has the advantage for us that we get the money from Klarna immediately, Klarna takes over any dunning procedure and also stands up for money that cannot be collected, which is not entirely unimportant for small online retailers like us.
However, Klarna has also built in security barriers :
If you make two or more attempts to pay via Klarna and make a typo or incorrect information, your order will be canceled, and Klarna will also cancel orders from people who have a Schufa entry. These cancellations are automatic for security reasons. If this happens to you, please contact us. In the case of long-standing customers, we can take care of that without any problems. We ask new customers to use one of the other payment options.

Liebe Frau Kandzi und Frau Scheer, es ist schön, dass man im neuen Shop zwischen mehreren Zahlmethoden wählen kann. Ich persönlich werde Pay Pal immer als bevorzugte Zahlungsart wählen, da dies eine schnelle, unkomplizierte und vor allem für Käufer und Verkäufer sichere Zahlmethode ist.
Wir hatten in der Vergangenheit bereits einmal den Fall, das bestellte und bezahlte Ware trotz Mahnng beim Shopbetreiber nicht bei uns ankam ( nicht hier in ihrem Shop, das klappt immer super) , zwei Tage nachdem wir die Schlichtungsstelle von PayPal eingeschaltet hatten, kam dann auch unser Paket.
Mit Klarna hingegen haben wir bereits mehrfach schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Als Kunde hat man das Gefühl der Willkür dieses Zahlungsservice ausgesetzt zu sein. Ich möchte aber betonen, das wir weder einen Schufaeintrag noch eine schlechte Zahlungsmoral haben. Trotzdem kam es in der Vergangenheit bereits mehrfach zu Problemen.
Da war eine Mahnung mit 10 Euro Mahngebühr, die wir bereits vor Erhalt der Rechnung zugestellt bekamen und die Ablehnung,einer Zahlung, die weder der Shop noch Klarna begründen konnte.
Aus diesen Gründen ist Klarna niemals das erste Mittel der Wahl für uns.
Aber wie bereits oben geschrieben es gibt im neuen Shop genügend Alternativen und jeder der hier im Shop etwas bestellen möchte wird für sich eine geeignete Bezahlmethode finden. Ich kann sehr gut nachvollziehen, das sie sich als Verkäufer auch absichern müssen und vielleicht in der Vergangenheit die eine oder andere schlechte Erfahrung mit der Zahlungsmoral ihrer Kunden gemacht haben.
