On Monday morning I brought our embroidered models, kits, templates and threads to Mrs. Huster-Ortkemper from Ortkemper-Design. There the preparations for the Nadelwelt were already in full swing. Like every year, Ms. Huster-Ortkemper made wonderful quilts! Tablecloths, cushions and bags made from fantastically coordinated fabrics could be seen. On the one hand, she had processed the new fabrics from acufactum, but also many Japanese fabrics. The colors of our embroidery patterns match perfectly with the color palette that Ms. Huster-Ortkemper chose for her appearance at Nadelwelt. Let yourself be surprised how patchwork and embroidery complement each other and create a harmonious whole.
What do you think of us at the Ortkemper-Design stand?
First of all, the new and not so new models The Colors of Venice, The Colors of Siena and the Colors of Copenhagen, along with our cushion The Colors of Venice, as well as our evergreen William Morris. Furthermore, the nuances 10 and 13 can be seen, as well as the models Printemps 1, Printemps 2 and Bin im Garten, which are embroidered with the popular discovery pack. Unfortunately, we haven't finished embroidering the color of the water yet, but the embroidery kits and embroidery templates are available. Just ask for it!
All of these models come with embroidery kits, embroidery templates or individual silk packets with the required embroidery silk.
In addition, at the Ortkemper Design stand you will find the discovery packs in all colors (also in the latest Pantone color combination, a wonderful salmon color that we have not yet put in our shop), you will find all pack 6 nuances in the qualities Soie Perlée, Soie de Paris, Soie Ovale and Soie Gobelins.
And now a lot of anticipation at the fair and have fun browsing.
